Professional Cornhole Bags
The American Cornhole League has set the standard for professional cornhole bags.
Professional ACL Cornhole Bags must mee the following requirements to be considered as an approved cornhole bag.
- Cornhole Bags must measure 6"x6" in size when bags are laying flat
- The Tolerance permitted in sizing is 5.75" to 6.25"
- Cornhole Bags should weigh 16 ounces (1 lb)
- The Tolerance permitted in weight is 15.5 ounces to 16.25 ounces
- Cornhole Bags should have a thickness of 1.35" when laying flat
- The Tolerance permitted is 1.125" to 1.5" in thickness
The ACL offers 3 lines of approved cornhole bags, including ACL PRO, ACL COMP, and ACL REC. Cornhole Bag Manufactures must apply to be an approved ACL Bag Manufacturer and submit their proposed bags for each season for inspection and approval.

- There are many bag companies on the market and each company creates their own unique blend of materials and fills to give players literally hundreds of options when choosing their preferred cornhole bags to play for the season
What is the ACL 2023 Stamp?
- For the upcoming ACL 2022-2023 Season all new bags being produced for the league must include an ACL 2023 stamp from each approved bag manufacturer.
- In prior years the ACL stamp included both years of the season, however a change was made this year to only include the latter year of the season, this one being ACL 2023.
