Return Policy

Refunds are offered on all products delivered if there is a manufacturing defect.  There are no refunds or returns for custom printed bags or boards unless a defect is found.

There is a restocking fee of 15% for all returned items in brand new condition unless it is due to manufacturing defect.  Customer will pay shipping charges for all returned/exchanged items.

All orders can be cancelled within 48 hours at no cost, however any cancelled orders after 48 hours are subject to the 15% restocking fee.

Returns
Our Return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange..

All Items returned must be in brand new condition.

Custom Bags: Once a mockup of your custom bags have been created, reviewed by you, and approved for print, they cannot be cancelled or refunded due to the nature of being one of a kind custom prints.
