Order Cancellation Request

Cancelled Orders are subject to a 3.5% transaction fee that is charged by our payment processor and is non-refundable. Any order processed and later cancelled will incur this cost. 

There is a restocking fee of 15% for all returned items in brand new condition unless it is due to manufacturing defect.  Customer will pay shipping charges for all returned/exchanged items.

All orders can be cancelled within 48 hours, however any cancelled orders after 48 hours are subject to the 15% restocking fee.  All Cancelled orders paid by Credit Card will be issued a refund of the purchase amount, minus the transaction fee that is charged by the payment processor.  See above
