All bags are warrantied for 30 days. Any warranty claims must have the order number and your name attached to the order. Any cosmetic defects must be brought to our attention with 7 days of when the bags were delivered. 

Any conditioner, sac-relax, boiling used to break in the bags will void any warranty claims.
