These replacement grommets include all the plastic parts of the head including the throat grommet, main grommets, and bumper guard. 

Elevate, Nova, and Nova 105 series grommets work for all Diadem racket models within that line.   Elevate v3 Grommets are required for any v3 model, Lite, Mid, or Tour version.  The FS grommets also work for v1 in both Elevate and Nova lines.
